This maneki neko has a detailed collar adorned with a scenic landscape motif depicting Mount Fuji, flowing waves, and pine branches, highlighted with a gold ground.
Traditionally, a Maneki Neko (beckoning cat) with its right paw raised is said to attract wealth, while the left paw raised attracts people. A cat with both paws raised is believed to bring both.

The brand name “Yakushigama” comes from a small shrine dedicated to Yakushi Nyorai (the Buddha of Healing), believed to have been created by the monk Gyoki. This shrine stood on the grounds of Chugai Toen until the late Edo period.
The Maneki Neko, or 'beckoning cat,' is widely known in Japan as a symbol of good fortune and prosperity.
