Our store offers international shipping from Japan to various countries worldwide.
Your order will be delivered to your country by one of our partnered international carriers.

Origin: Japan
Available Destinations: Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, EU/UK/Switzerland/Norway, Philippines, Japan
Carrier Selection: The most suitable carrier will be automatically chosen based on your order and destination.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Once your package arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered to your address by a local courier or the local branch of the international carrier.

Delivery Time Requests: Specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be accommodated.
Redelivery: If you receive a missed delivery notice, please follow the instructions provided by the local courier to arrange redelivery.
Please note: Some countries do not allow delivery to P.O. Boxes.
TryTry Japan is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, recipient absence, customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipments are handled via SAGAWA, ECMS, and DHL.
In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment confirmation,though this may vary depending on circumstances. For custom or special-order items, processing may take longer depending on current stock availability, so please check the individual product pages for specific delivery timelines. Please note that if you purchase a mix of custom and standard items from the same brand, or buy multiple items from different brands, your items will be shipped separately.

Address Entry: To avoid delivery issues, please provide your address accurately in Roman characters.
Undeliverable Areas: Some countries or regions may be subject to delivery restrictions or significant delays.
Shipping Method: All items are shipped directly from each brand. If you purchase products from multiple brands, they will be delivered in separate packages. Please note that shipping fees may be charged separately and could be higher than initially thought.
