Edokko Kyoryu Ryouenryu Plate set - Set of 4

Edokko Kyoryu Ryouenryu Plate set - Set of 4

江戸っ子恐竜　良縁竜取り分け揃

AWASAKA is a Mino ware brand that brings the beauty of Japanese tradition and a sense of playfulness to everyday dining.

The "Edokko kyoryu Ryoen-ryu Plate Set" is a unique collection that combines traditional Japanese patterns with charming dinosaur motifs. While our hometown, Mizunami City in Gifu Prefecture, is renowned as one of Japan’s leading Mino ware production areas, it is also famous for its rich fossil discoveries. Inspired by this local heritage, dinosaurs are subtly hidden among traditional Japanese designs, creating tableware that is both timeless and delightfully unexpected.

The nostalgic beauty of Japanese motifs harmonizes with the playful charm of dinosaurs, resulting in pieces that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. Every glance reveals new details, making this collection a conversation starter and a source of joy at the dining table.

The pine and plum motifs featured in the design have long been cherished in Japan as auspicious symbols representing vitality, hope, and good fortune. Together with the dinosaurs, they create a heartfelt design that celebrates meaningful connections and happy moments shared with loved ones.

This set includes a large serving plate and matching side plates. The large plate is perfect for serving main dishes, while the smaller plates can be used for side dishes or sharing portions. The combination of traditional Japanese patterns and playful dinosaur illustrations beautifully enhances any meal, making the set suitable for both everyday dining and special gatherings.
