AWASAKA is a Mino ware brand that brings the charm of Japanese tradition and a sense of playfulness to everyday dining.

The "Edokko Kyoryu Mini-Plate & Chopstick Rest" is a delightful gift set from a popular series that combines traditional Japanese patterns with dinosaur motifs. Based in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, a region famous both for Mino ware pottery and fossil discoveries, AWASAKA has created a unique design that subtly hides dinosaurs within classic Japanese patterns, celebrating the area's rich cultural and natural heritage.

The mame plates feature the auspicious Shonzui pattern, traditionally associated with signs of upcoming happiness and good fortune. Combined with the charming dinosaur illustrations, the design creates a playful and heartwarming world that can be enjoyed by both adults and children alike.

The accompanying chopstick rests are shaped like adorable Tyrannosaurus dinosaurs, with a rounded form that perfectly complements the plates. Designed so that chopsticks can rest across the dinosaur's tail, they add a fun and whimsical touch to any table setting. The mame plates are also highly versatile, perfect for serving condiments, small sweets, appetizers, or side dishes in everyday use.

Blending traditional auspicious motifs with lovable dinosaur characters, this pair set makes a thoughtful gift for weddings, housewarmings, celebrations, or anyone who appreciates unique Japanese tableware.
